We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most products in their original, unopened condition with packaging intact. To be eligible for a return:

Important Note: Due to the perishable nature of some products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Fresh/Chilled category products (including Chilled noodles udon konnyaku)
- Frozen Food category (Frozen fish cake, Frozen noodles udon, Frozen ready to cook, Frozen rice cake bun, Frozen seaweed)
- Opened food products for health and safety reasons
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
